We stayed at Bellvue apartments two years ago in Neptune, hope we get this spot again middle tear just nice but go hire a fan that's a must.

Was very quiet away from noise, no air con though that was a biggi for me, but nice view, and near to main Alcudia street, full of everything you need: drinks and bars, great crepe man what a star, this is a MUST.

Great english fish n chips just across bridge, on site was OK, giant screen and show bar quiet good, mossi,s well just take cream and get covered.

We went to a great chinese buffet place on main street excellent food all round this resort, lots of variety great beach excellent to be honest.

July we are back to alcudia bring it on oh yeh.

We stayed there from the 10th untill the 17th of October 2012.

This place is rubbish we got it cheap so we weren't expecting much.

The food is terrible, there is no staff to serve you anything so we got 3 drinks. You are only ment to get 3 drinks at any time and that's all we got.

The only thing we could say good about this place is the weather was good.

If they asked us back for two weeks for nothing I would have to turn them down and spend to weeks pulling my tonsils out.

This is the 3rd year running we are going back!!!

We don't go all inclusive as I don't like to feel tied to meal times and queues and neither does my partner but we have always had a fantastic stay here!!!

Rooms are always clean, sheets and towels changed every couple of days and friendly staff. Pools always clean and the kids one 17 year old and two 13 year olds love it!

Yummy Yummy just opposite is great we have made some good friends there and the food and drink is very cheaply priced.

On the whole for a holiday that doesn't break the bank we can't fault the place.

We have stayed here 2yrs running both in Sept & June. The first year in Sept was lovely and warm but June was raining but that had nothing to do with the hotel.

Had a 7th floor in one block with loud family so asked to change and they had no problem with changing us straight away.

We had a baby and toddler first year so took our own food as all self catering apartments. Lidl is cheap to buy from. Entertainment free shows . GREAT for all the family.

Will be booking for June 25th 2012 as now the kids are 2 and 3 can go on more kids rides and bouncy castles and games.

We arrived on 16th September 2011.

Weather lovely. Were put in Leda1 which was on main road. Did not sleep for two nights, noisy drunks shouting half the night. At 12pm the dust men arrive to empty the bins, at 6am man out with his very noisy blower.

Followed by the road sweeper, will give the hotel 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. The people staying there make the mess. The walls to the rooms are paper thin, you can hear everything! Lights hanging from the ceiling, some rooms dont even have wall sockets as they are broken, fridges that dont shut, some dont even work.

No Air Con, you have to leave the doors and windows open then you are eaten alive by mosquitoes. Watch out for the ants they get everywhere, take sprays with you.

We asked our rep to change our room so we could move on the Saturday he did nothing, when we went to reception to find out where we were being transfered to they had no recolection of our problem, they were very helpfull and we were moved on the sunday to Ceres 1 much nicer, not so noisy.

There are no way near enough sun beds, the brits are as bad as the germans, out at 3/4am putting towels and lilos on the beds, most of the sun beds are round the side of one of the buildings all broken, the pictures on Be Live website were taken when new.

There are no napkins and glasses on the tables at meal times, you get paper serviettes. The staff in the dining hall are very good, we had no complaints with the food, get there early and there is food. The dining hall is on 2 levels, we went upstairs not such a big queue, but they tend to run out of food and you do not get wine upstairs. The late night snacks are from the main dining hall and it consists of left over food from the evening, we went in at 9.30 and the salad was being put away, the left over fruit was very bruised.

The beds are very hard, we all had restless nights and back ache.

The drinks are very small and in plastic cups, you can have 3 each at one time, the bar staff are rushed off their feet as only 1 in the pool bars. Not every pool has a bar. The moroccan bar that is only open in the evening has queues there is nowhere to sit unless you get there as soon as it opens, we only went to the evening entertainment once. There are 2 bars there for all inclusive but 20 min queues.

We spent every day at the beach, so we didnt get our moneys worth on food and drink.

We would not go there again. Not even of it was the last hotel on earth. We met a nice german couple and their oppinion was SHITZEN. Could not agree more.

You get what you pay for but meal times were more like feeding frenzies, long queues, nowhere to sit. Food was surprisingly good under the circumstances, I have never seen such hard working (overworked) staff anywhere in the world.

Rooms basic but clean, near beach... could be much improved for staff and guests by bigger workforce, including dedicated grounds workers who could do a lot for the reputation of the complex by clearing up after lazy, messy inconsiderate guests who drop litter everywhere.

We stayed at the Bellevue on 21st June - 1st July 2011.

There were 22 of us and we had a great time... not sure it was the hotel though... more the company. 12 adults, 5 x 5 year olds and 5 x 2 year olds.

Overall had a Fab holiday and it's not as bad a a LOT of people make out. It's just too small a restaurant for the amount of all inclusive people and the queues at the bars are sill on an evening as only two staff on... for the size of the complex its very understaffed!

Last year i stayed at the Sol Mirlos/Tordos in Palma Nova and was comparing my All Inc stay here to that and I have to say last year was a lot better in a number of respects.

These were our major bug bears......

It's a bit tired and dated unless you are in the Leda I building (we were in the Minerva 1). Was clean though! and we had towels changed every 3 days and beds once a week....but I bet you don't change your sheets that much at home!

There is only one snack bar which you can help yourself to kids drinks at which again was at Leda 1. All of the other all inc bars you can only get 3 drinks so if there are 4 in your party and you go to get a drink usually you cant... one of you doesn't get one?! even if you just want soft drinks... some of the staff were OK with this and gave you a 4th but not always. Sol Mirlos you got as many drinks as you had guests = 4 people = 4 drinks.

The soft drinks -the water was in a jug not little bottles. Alcohol - cups for beer were tiny (they did do bigger cups but they were for paying customers?!!) Last year you got large pint cups and little bottles of water for the kids.

The restaurant was MANIC at certain times bout 9-10am and 7-8pm... NUTS is not the word... queues and running out of food etc... not enough staff and two many guests for one restaurant! Last year there were two restaurants for two buildings! and not half the queues or food running out.

Last year kids got the choice of two ice lollies and tubs of ice cream... this year was only small tubs of ice cream which was only available from LEDA I. No other all inc bars had the ice cream! So regardless of the other 6 pools around the kids wanted ice cream and snacks so you had to go to Leda 1.

Not many sun loungers but you definitely don’t need them as there is loads of lovely grassed areas around the pool to lie on.

No air conditioning... OMG it was like a sauna... we hired a fan from the guy just outside the gates YUMMY bar I think it was called... but still TOO HOT.

We did get bit a lot... kids didn't.

The poor lady running the snack bar was like super woman she never stopped. Def under staffed. There was chips/burgers/salad/ham/cheese and buns. She had to cook and refill everything on her own while cleaning! pool lady looked paggered.

Entertainment is typical all inclusive... bit poorer quality than last year but what I expected - reps doing sing along etc - but great for the kids and they were very friendly.

The only complaint on an evening was the length of queue for drinks by about 9-9.30pm. We just got a few in early and then last couple of days bought some beer/cider and drank our own.

Good things: beach was lovely, LEDA 1 was lovely, Alcudia is lovely. Overall nice complex, they just need more staff and more restaurants and bars.

Kids loved the boat ride 2 Euro one way 3 return. Only took 2 mins but who cares. We also got a horse and cart to beach for 10 Euro, but we squeezed 2 adults and 8 kids on lol! There is a huge park for kids next to the all inc Morrocco bar. There is a little park in the leda 1 swimming pool area.

It was really nice and clean complex......but I think you get what you pay for.... its def 3 star (no way 4), but value for money! And kids loved it.

Would I go back .....prob not as I know you can get better for similar money. But its not awful !

Stayed June 2011

It was amazing going back this year again in August.

We stayed in Fedra 1. It had a pool that never really closed, you could stay in all day if you wanted. Also there was really good restaurants: we went the one outside the hotel every night, it was great.

There was also a great flight there and back.

LOVED IT, RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY FAMILY WITH KIDS!!!

Hi,

I spent a week in Bellevue apartments, AND WOULD NEVER go back again, it's a shame the complex is OK, just let down by the old fashion rooms, very dated and small, not the cleanest, or best kept.

We had to change rooms, first one had broken tiles bare wires, second one not much better, and PLEASE NOTE NO AIR CON !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just arrived back in Newcastle from a great weeks holiday in this accommodation.

In my opinion the accommodation was great, the food was lovely although I found myself eating the same thing every day but that depends on what kind of foods you like to eat.

On other reviews people have complained about the size of the pool, this wasn't really a problem for me considering the place had 8 pools, a pool outside of each building.

Being all inclusive is well worth it as the food and drinks are fairly expensive and you do get a lot of alcohol in you're drinks, the only down side of it was the queue for the drinks but you can get 4 drinks at a time per person.

The staff are all very friendly and the entertainment was average.

You get what you pay for, I would definitely consider going back here!

Myself, my husband and 3 children aged 16,14 and 10 stayed here for a week in July 10.

Never ever again will we do so, where do I start. Dirty poolside, queuing 20 mins to get food then having nowhere to sit, far to busy, not enough sunbeds: had to get up at 6am to get one. Food the same every night, snack bar very poor, burger or hot dog and chips every day, smell of sewage disgusting.

)t was like chav city, teenagers fighting in the swimming pool intimidating other youths...

I have never experienced anything like it and would stay well clear if i were you.

But Thomas Cook reps were very good in finding us a better apartment within 1hr.

Would reccomend holidaying here but only as a package as you might well need the assistance of your rep!!

Our first time to Mallorca went to Hoteur Bellevue Port Alcudia.

Fine hotel, nice staff, good food, not the best but ok for the price. The entertainment in the evening was just great, fantastic show every day, and a very funny bingo host, it was summer 2009 and we are going to June 2010 to this great place.

We went at the beginning of Oct 2008.

The reception desk were most unhelpful (handed over keys and basic directions to the block).

We stayed in LEEDA II

The room was clean and tidy (tidied everyday, bedding every other day), leave the towels in the bath for exchange. The room was quite comfortable, with a balcony to watch the world go by!!

Yes, it got a bit smelly at times, and the mossies bites were a bit painful.

The food was repetitive, sometimes had to cue.

But we enjoyed our stay very much.

You get what you pay for. If you want a 5* holiday, don't stay here!! But as a 3* holiday it was great!!

We are going back later this year!!

I had the misfortune to have stayed all inclusive at this resort with four friends - it was a waste of money.

The apartment was good for our needs, clean and roomy, needs a lick of paint, but the only restaurant available was the buffet which was far too small for the number of people holidaying there on all inclusive, long queues formed. There were times when we had to clear and set our own table up for meals, people were walking around with food as there were no clean tables to sit at. Food ok, but same every night.

Entertainment poor, there was better outside the complex which we went to a few times.

I would suggest this is a complex for families, self catering, and it may be ok - all inclusive NO! NO!

We stayed for week from 17th October 2009.

Went Oct 2nd-9th 2009 stayed in Leda 2.

Rooms nice and clean and cleaned every 2 days. Me, my husband and 2 children aged 10 and 1 and they put us on the 7th floor across from the loudest bar in Alcudia. I would say the lifts are tiny: it says you can get 6 ppl in but we could barely get 2 adults and the pushchair in.

My partner was bitten badly by mosquitos, there was no cot in the room when we got there but that was promptly resolved.

The pools were lovely staff very friendly. We were all inclusive, but the only food hall open was the buffet bar and it was basically the same thing every day. If you like fish then your OK there but we ended up eating out a couple of times!

There was a couple of days where there was a sewerage smell lingering, the night time entertainment was good on certain nights but again the first 2 nights we stayed, both all inclusive bars were open, then after them it was only one bar open so the cues to get a drink were horrendous.

All in all I didn't hate this holiday but don't think we will go back all inclusive and would def take mosquito repellent.

Stayed here from 1st to 8th October 2009.

The apartment was lethal bare wires in ceiling lamp wall plug loose etc The furniture was past it,s use by date and most of the tables behind the free bar and at the entertainment site were ingrained with dirt.

On the plus side the food was good.

Came back from here over a week ago, our check in and room was fine, the room was big and clean, the food was ok, the breakfast was nice and the lunch was good, but the food at night was ok but it seemed to be the same every night. If you like pasta n chips then this is your place!.

The evening entertainment was good, there needs to be more bars for all inclusive drinks. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

All in all we was pleased for what we paid, it is only a 3* not a 5*, would recommend.

Apartments a bit dated but clean. Can get a bit noisy at night if your a light sleeper like me with inconsiderate people in the pool all night.needs security doing nightly rounds.

Swimming pool area around Ceres 2, could have been tidied up a bit more each night.

But overall for £6 per night per person self catering FANTASTIC.

Well, was really worried about stayin at this hotel after reading all the bad reviews.

Our party included 7 adults, 5 kids and 1 8 month old baby, and everyone really enjoyed themselves.

Yes the complex is a little 2 big and the lifts aint brill but unless you're in a 5 star hotel theres always going 2 be a few niggels. Rooms are basic and with no air con, to rent 1 at hotel is costly, take a walk 2 shops and rent one so much cheaper.

Glad we didnt stay all inclusive. Bar shuts early and there are big ques.

Best advise for majorca would be take plenty of cash as everthing is expensive, by day 2 we were like the royal family and taking our own alcohol and kids munchies to the show gardens at nite naughty I no but so neccesary.lol

There is plenty to do, recomend the pirate show again pricey but worth every penny.

Beach is within easy walkin distance and is good for kids.
On the whole hotel is little basic and bit noisy but not that much time spent there. Weather was brill plenty to do. Food good. Good family hols but need lots of spending money.

Would go back again. x

For all inclusive the lines are quite long but the food is good but all inclusive drinks only get a couple a day.

Accomodation very clean but basic.

If you've paid a lot and expect a lot you'll be dissapointed... If you've not paid a lot and don't expect a lot then you'll be extremely pleased as we were...

The staff, food and evening entertainment was fab! From the reviews and people we met out there you need to shop around as we paid over £1k less then our neighbours. They hated it - we loved it! Shop wisely...

WARNING: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!

This is officially the worst hotel we have EVER stayed in! Hotel Bellevue is made to look nice on the photos but trust me it isn’t, if rough, CHAV, tacky holidays are your thing then by all means go. This hotel looked like something off the Gaza strip; it looked like one big council estate with council tower flats on it. The rooms were disgusting; the corridors smelt of urine, the old lifts could barely fit one person in, no room for a wheelchair that’s for sure!
The reception welcome was awful, we were sent off into the middle of nowhere with our key the site is massive, when we got to our room we burst out laughing, the door handle fell off when we shut the door, the beds weren’t made, dirt everywhere, fridge was broke, mattresses about 1 inch thick with springs breaking out, old fashioned broken down furniture and the so called kitchen could barely fit one person in sideways, it was horrible!

We asked 3 times for our sheets to be changed however no one came, we spent the night in someone else’s dirt! The next day I complained and demanded another room, although it wasn’t much better every room looks exactly the same.

This hotel has about 1500 rooms therefore must hold 3000 people minimum at one time – we had one buffet restaurant between us all!!!!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING! The sites make out that if you’re all inclusive you can eat in every restaurant but there’s only one. The queues were miles long then you had to wait 10 minutes just to get a table, by the time you got one your dinner was cold. Now the food was the most DISGUSTING food we have ever tasted, I would seriously not feed my dog what they had on offer. If you like your food swimming in fat then you may like it, uncooked, broken eggs, greasy chips and sausages dripping in fat were the norm! The food was so bad after the second day we gave up and paid to eat out at every meal after paying for all inclusive! We didn’t even drink their drinks as false advertising again!! The sites make out you can have free drinks at every pool bar – well out of the 10 pool bars there were only 3 you could have all inclusive drinks from – miles away from our hotel, when you queued and actually got one it was only watered down cheap fizz anyway. There is also only one pool snack bar on the whole site which is filled with…guess what…greasy sausages!!

Even the grounds were disgusting; there is a river that runs right through the hotel grounds that is full of thick yellow sludge! The smell is unbelievable. This attracted mosquitoes &they were everywhere!
The hotel is on the rough side of town too (trust me there is a clear divide!) we made the walk of 5 miles everyday to the nice bit with the harbour just to get out of that dump! It was so rough, our friends also got ROBBED!! They were staying 3 floors up, and still got their 2 cameras, two mobiles and car stolen!!

There is rubbish, fag ends, graffiti and foul mouthed chav’s everywhere, if this is your style then Hotel Bellevue is your ideal place but for us never again!!!

We stayed in Minerva 2 and the rooms were basic but you get what you pay for,

Although I would not recommend taking a 1 bedroom studio if there are 3 of you, we imagined a little bit of privacy but there was none 2 beds, then a small see through partion then the sofa!!! Never mind we made the most of it.

The complex it's self was very nice, lots of pools to choose from and plenty to do. It is very easy to get a drink 4 free as no one told us that the bar on site was all inclusive. Although we thought it was great having a few drinks 4 free . we did not stay long in case we got found out!!!!.

We did find the room a little cold the first nite but we r used 2 Scottish weather so it was fine!

All in all we enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Just got back from the Bellevue on Wednesday evening and I will definitely never go back to this complex,

They have the most unpleasant reception staff I have ever encountered in all my years off holidaying abroad.

The apartments are better than I expected but bloody freezing at night, maid service was meant to be 3 times weekly, we got her once and the bedclothes were not changed at all.

We had to rely on other holiday makers to tell us about the complex because there was no information from any staff member. Two redeeming features was the sunshine during the day and the entertainment staff at night otherwise give it a big wide berth.

My group consisted of 2 adults and 3 kids aged 15,12 and 8 years. Waste of time and my hard earned cash.

My family and I have been coming to Bellevue Alcudia for about 7 years now. We have stayed in Minerva 1 and the past 3 times we stayed in Apollo which has a lovely pool used mostly by families.

Rooms are clean and basic but we don't spend a great deal of time in them. The show garden at night is excellent, we always go self catering and eat out. The Tivolo (opposite the Bellevue ) I would recommend excellent food, friendly staff and reasonable priced. The beach is just a short walk away, plenty of room .

In all I would have no hesitation in recommending the Bellevue holiday village to anyone, especially good for families. Try it once and I guarantee you will want to go back again.

April 2009. Just returned from Bellevue hotel after staying for the Easter hols.

I honestly think this is the worst hotel/complex you could ever imagine.

Arrived at 11 o'clock at night and were given the room key and some very basic instructions of how to get there (useless reception). Went into room to find it already occupied, If you are a thief don't bother breaking in, just go to reception and they give you a key totally out of order and when I went back to reception they didn't give a toss, just gave me a key to another room so keep hold of your valuables.

The hotel complex itself is like a rough council estate with smelly wheelie bins everywhere (It is really rough). I'm not being snobby and I am not a stuck up snob as I live on a council estate myself, but if it was as rough as this place I would put in for a transfer.

It has no holiday feel about it whatsoever please take my advice it's not like the pictures you see on-line AVOID.

Well I have just got back from this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

We were put in Leda 1. Room was fine clean and all, but as there re no air conditioning or heating systems built in we were freezing cold and had to rent a heater at 30 euros 10 of which we got back.

The next morning the electric was constantly going off and back on with 2 minutes in between so we decided to go out for a while so they can sort it, at 5.30pm we got back in and the electric was still on going and I couldn't even boil a kettle in one go to do my baby's food so they moved us to Leda 2.

In this room the television kept going off so I rang reception, they told me it's because I needed to rent the remote so I asked and they said no because the satellite was down and the technician was fixing it. Well I don't know if this technician exists because it was happening all week.

Also most of the machines rob your money and again u have to wait for this technician guy who never turns up.

Breakfast lunch and dinner, get there for the exact time it opens. Otherwise you will be queuing outside the door and when you finally get in there's hardly any food left and no seats.

But on the bright side the food was lovely and the staff are very polite and helpful.

We went to Hotel Bellevue in August 2008 and it was like being in a run down council estate. It was my first time to Majorca and I will never go back.

The hotel was far too big. No air conditioning. All inclusive food was disgusting and the restaurant was tiny in view of the amount of appartments.

I would never recommend anyone to go there EVER!!!

The hotel was great, love the area, even though I did get bit by mosquitoes like mad.

But I really did have a good time and everyone is friendly there in shops and on the streets. Over all Hotetur Bellevue is a really good place to stay.

My partner, myself and 2 sons aged 3 and 6 months went April09.

Nice clean rooms, even tough all inclusive we still had kitchen amenities which was great. We stayed in Leda 1 which was brill as were on first floor and had pool right outside, snack bar under our balcony, bar to the right and there was also a little kids sandy play park. Was an excellent and my 3yr old loved it .Liked it that much that my friend and I are going back 28th September 08 for 5 nights without the hubby's and kids for a relaxing holiday.

Definitely booking up for summer 09 with kids though. Excellent.

Stayed @ Leda 3. Couldn't fault the Bellevue. Rooms were basic but what due you expect for 3 star. Cleaned 3 times a week.

Went all inclusive, the food was great especially the cakes . Glad we went all in as Alcudia is so expensive. Quad bikes on the complex, great fun but were expensive at 20 euros for half an hour so hire a mountain bike outside, only cost 9 euros for a day & was a great way to see the town.

Alcudia itself was a bit to a let down not much to do & coach trips are really dear only downside to the complex was the entertainment was last & u had to queue for 15 mins for drinks and you where only allowed 2 drinks, so take the kids up to the bar with you. Go to Luna's just outside of a nite nice with little play area for the kids temptations were on and they had the place bouncing.

As I said couldn't fault the Bellevue but we just didn't like Alcudia!

We stayed at Diana 11, nice apartment, cleaned about 3 times during a weeks stay.

A nice complex overall but the pools are a bit small and get very busy. Also with the all inclusive you can only get free drinks at some of the bars and only one where you can get daytime snacks. The all inclusive breakfast and dinner was fine.

We went to the show bar most nights and that was quite good. Had a different band or show each night and was all good apart from the high school musical, that was a real shambles.

You can hire a fan at night for 18 euros plus a 10 euro deposit. Check the shops though, we saw some for about 10 euros to buy.

Overall a good holiday, on the last day though we had to be out of our room by 12 and wasn't leaving til 8 in the evening. This is usual I know but we were all inclusive and had to hand in our wrist bands at 12 so we had to buy our food for the rest of the day, which I thought totally out of order.

I would definately go back to Alcudia but we personally wouldn't stay at the Bellevue again.

We have just returned home from the Bellevue which we thought was fantastic for kids.We took 2 children ages 11,10.

We stayed in Ceres 11. We had a pool view were the children were able to play all day long. Plenty of things for them to do. The only down side were we were all suffering from mossie bites.

We all had a fantastic time and i would recommend it highly to families. Will certainly go back.

And the kids loved the English bar opposite the Diana.

Just got back and what a great place it was.

Stayed in Minerva2 and had great views of the pool and lake. My two kids one 15 and one 6 found plenty of things to do.

If you have a family you should go.

I have just returned from Bellevue.

Me and my family stayed in Serena 11. It was lovely and clean. The pool was excellent, the food was great and the entertainment was good. I didn't get bit by any mozzies.

I will be going again next year.

I'm not long back from Alcudia. I loved these apartments last year and returned to them again.

I stayed in the Minerva 2 last year but in Minerva 1 this year I had a fantastic view of the pool and also the lake. It's very well organised for all ages, with or without families.

I will recommend friends and family to go here for any type of holiday.

We all went there in May 2008. We had a family holiday my mom + dad brother + wife + nephew + neice + auntie stayed in Lema 1 and we stayed in Necta 1.

Had a great time- The hotel accommodation was lovely, the rooms were clean and tidy, the reps were excellent, the entertainment was great, the food was lovely, the shops are out side the accommodation, my nephew and neice had a lot to do there.

They have 8 swimming pools around the accommodation. Get bite be the mosquito few times so take some mosquito repellent with you.

Would highly recommend

We stayed in Fedra 1 and we had the same problem as the other comments with Spanish students keeping us up until early hours in the morning and throwing the sun loungers and chairs into the pool, and also the apartments were dirty and full of mosquitos.

And that's the last time we go to Bellevue apartments.

Went in 2006 our, son was only 14 months so we left him with his grandparents. But was so gutted when we got there as there was so much to do for families and the evening entertainment was fantastic, so now we are going back but this time with the little man.

Definitely a great place for families.

Our apartments were Fedra 1 and these had 8 floors. The rooms were nice and clean.

The scenery was very nice too. There was a lot of Spanish students at the complex and were making a nuisance of themselves!! I do agree that it is very expensive in the resort itself so I would advise you take a lot of money and a lot of mozzy sprays with you as they like everybody and we got bit several times by them.

We have just returned for a 1 week stay at the Bellevue. We stayed in Minerva 1 and it was fantastic.

We were also worried about bad reports but I assure you there was nothing to worry about. As for the mozies, I got bitten a few times due to the rain whilst playing crazy golf but that was it. There was always something to do, but I would agree taking lots of money as it is very expensive.

I wouldn't say the resort was but Alcudia as a whole but it was worth every penny. The scenery and views were amazing, I am currently 7 months pregnant so did find heat a struggle but nothing I couldn't handle.

We are planning on returning maybe in 2 years when our little girl is a little bit older. A * holiday

Good holiday for all age groups.

Food good but had to queue at the all inclusive bars for twenty minutes at a time, then been told 2 drinks maximum when being 4 people in our company. Too much time wasted standing in queues.

I enjoyed my stay thoroughly, it was an amazing experience. It was the first few times that I had flew abroad so I was quite shaky about the flight.

It was lovely and hot through all of my stay so that cheered me up hugely. I would love to go again but the only problem is how many bites I received. My friend had to go to the chemist to get some bite cream for them because they were so awful.

I loved my stay and Alcudia has amazing sights.

Great holiday.

Food good, mini disco was fab for my kids. Stayed at Fedra 1 but pool bars that are all inclusive are limited, so make sure your room is next to all inclusive bars and snacks.

And take lots of mozzie cream.

Very happy with the apartment.

My husband and I got transferred from another hotel because it was unsuitable, so we didn't know what to expect when we arrived at Bellevue.

The rooms were nice and clean. We got the sun on the terrace most of the day and the activities on-site were great.

We are going to return to the hotel next year with our 6 year old child, as we know she will love it!

We have already recommended to friends and family.

My partner and I have just returned from the Bellevue on the 2nd October 2007.

We stayed at Minerva 2. We both had great time, the hotel and room was perfect. It was one of the best holidays we've had. We are going back next May for a week taking our grandchildren.

I would like to thank all the staff at the hotel for a great holiday and I would also like to thank Thomas Cook Holidays

My family and I just got back from staying in Leda 111.

I have to say the receptionist was most kind: she offered us one of only ten apartments in the complex with free English TV and air con.

It was fantastic. We took my 17 year old son 15 year daughter and our 2 year old twins. Everybody had a fantastic time and we are definitely going back next year.

The only complaint I would have is that my twins loved the mini disco every night and I wanted to buy the CD, but they didn't have any available.

Been back a week now and missing it.

I must have been one of the lucky ones: I didn't get bit.

I stayed in Fedra 3 the oldest of the blocks right out the way but went out to Lunas every night. Entertainment was good, try the cocktails and the t bone stake.

Costs a lot out there so take plenty of money. There's tours around the island, book it though no frills, you can reserve your place over the net.

I went with friends and there kids. We stayed out till about 1 am, lots of family pubs. Then I went clubbing which there are a few good ones. I found Cheers was the best open till 5 am.

All in all a good holiday. If you get the chance go to the port, its nice up there.

Just returned from Bellevue. Was a bit worried due to the reports I read.

But stayed in Sirena 2, clean and tidy, the house keepers very helpful, was all inc and had no problems with getting drinks, plenty of bar staff. Ate out a few times in some really good restaurants in Alcudia.

Different show on every evening in the show ground: fantastic tribute bands were there for two weeks, only saw the same act once, kids club great for my 10 year old (first holidays abroad), she didn't want to come home.

The food so much choice excellent, better than the 5* I stayed in in Egypt, yes got bit by mozzies several times, not the hotel fault, great place to visit. 7-10 days would have been enough.

If you have the kids hair braided barter them down in price the average is 15 Euros for front of head.

All in all I would recommend to anybody, a fantastic time.

Stayed here for 1 week in Sept 05 and loved it so much. Went back in June 06 now planning to go back this Sept.

The apartments were clean although a few ants which were soon cleared up with the repellent given to us by reception.

The entertainment was fab and the bingo had a big prize every night.

The only downside to the Bellevue is the amount of mosquitos. Just need to go prepared.

Would reccomend this one for sure.

Stayed here for 1 week in June 2007... had read bad reviews so was optimistic. However, I must add that this hotel was fantastic!

Entertainment every night until midnight, lovely food and plenty of it and hotel room was fab (we stayed in Sirena 1). Everything was clean and tidy and staff helpful and friendly.

Don't take any notice of the bad reviews (oh and I only got bit twice by mosquitos and didn't use repellent)... good one Alcudia :)

Just returned home from a weeks stay in the Bellevue apartments.

Whilst the complex as a whole was very clean and well maintained the apartment itself in Neptune 1 was very very basic. The toilet had no water for the first day but that was soon fixed, the two ring cooker had a mind of its own all instructions for use had worn off switches! The fridge was ok but had defrosted on arrival. The toaster didn't work, the pull out bed had slats broken, last but no means least the lamps were hanging off wall! But after all said and done the apartment served its purpose for one weeks stay!

The Bellevue complex had plenty for children of the younger age (o to ten years) but I found my 15 year old got bored, theres only so many times you can hire an electric scooter, play snooker or shop in one week! Thank god just outside complex for the internet shops, were he spent most of his time online to his friends back home, this costing 2 euros for one hour.

The many bars outside also provided evening entertainment, Lunas being one, the Elvis and Rod Stewart tribute nights being fab!

I enjoyed shopping in Alcudia although a lot of the shops sold the same goods. Take plenty of insect repellent as you will need it.

Last but no means least have a great time but take lots of money!

Have just returned today from Bellevue. We have read both positive and negative reviews but had no cause for concern whatsover.

We stayed in Ceres 1 facing the swimming pool. The room was a good size and was spotless. There seemed to be lots going on for families but we tended to just call into the Red Lion pub on the way home from eating. This was a family pub and was near our apartment.

The Entertainers in there did lots of games and activities for all ages. We like to experience something of the country we are visiting and it is definitely very 'British' but we recognise that lots of people prefer this.

Having said that, we still thought that it was a great place for all ages and felt safe for our teenage daughter to be able to go off on her own, which is why we booked it in the first place.

If we had a criticism it would be that people reserved sunbeds by the pool by putting towels on them and if you didn't get to the beds by about 9 am each day they had all gone. At least there are plenty of pools to choose from and an absolutely fantastic beach down the road which shouldn't be missed.

Just back from Bellevue apartments (May 2007).

Ideal complex for families, lots for the kids to keep them amused.

We found the apartment very disappointing, Ceres 1. On ground floor overlooking a stagnant lake, very "pongy". Room cold, due to it never getting any sun.

If we had a different apartment we would have been happy with this complex.

The service was good, and the cleanliness of the apartment was good too.
